Why not mixing things up and try to do something funny with your dog instead? :D
I'm going to do a "funny tricks" special soon and will be up for one-to-one sessions, to teach your dog funny tricks.
In the meantime I've a few ideas for you:
Fun tricks can be:

Giving paw
Putting both paws up in the air (see picture)
Waving with a paw
Spinning (turning around in a circle)
Rolling around
Playing "dead dog"
Being ashamed (putting one or both paw on his nose, it looks like he tries to hide)
Can your dog already do a few fun tricks?
